about our salaries.
Here is the whole calculation behind the 80/20 model. Change the numbers to see your own. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed amount.
You bill the client for 160 hours a month. 80% of that goes into your own account. Your salary and everything it costs is paid from that account. What is left is your buffer: save it, raise your salary, or put it into pension, education or wellness.

Every assignment should create measurable value and leave the team stronger. We would rather say no than deliver something that does not make a difference.

How does the 80/20 model work?
80% of what you bill goes into your own account. Your salary, taxes and fees are paid from it, and you decide how the rest is used: more salary, pension, education or wellness. Try the salary calculator to see the whole calculation with your own numbers.
Am I employed, or do I work as a contractor?
You are employed by Aidoni. Your salary is paid on the 25th every month, and employer contributions and holiday pay are handled for you.
What happens between assignments?
Then you are our biggest priority. We have been in that situation before and solved it quickly, even during the summer. We use our network, direct clients and brokers, and put in a large, focused effort to find the right next fit.
Who finds my assignments?
We help you. Our Chief Sales Officer is closely involved, together with the rest of the team.
What does Aidoni's 20% cover?
Overhead, insurance, your phone subscription, the office, events and more.
